We got these pictures from W's school a few months ago. They make me laugh, but I love them so much!
Nathaniel, Felicity, William, Cameron, and Baby Andrew

These were all taken the same day as the ward Easter party... so posts are a bit out of order. Oh well. Aren't these boys gorgeous (especially Andrew pre-battle wound)?
Big boy Cameron beginning to get the hang of his balance bike that Santa brought him. The big brand out here is Puky. Nathaniel and I can't help but smile, even though it's pronounced pookie, not pukey. ;)

I know I've said it before... but, I love the park behind my house and I LOVE Spring. It is absolutely wonderful to not have to bundle up my 3 little bears every time before we leave the house. We're even beginning to abandon socks and shoes in favor of sandals! Here are some pictures from a recent outing to our neighborly park & zoo to visit the wild animals.
Nathaniel and I are always seriously baffled by the allure of these hay creatures here in Germany. They're really quite... freaky. The ones made to look like people are much worse than this "Easter Bunny".
Wild Animal #1: -will climb stairs every given opportunity, -is cutting FOUR molars, -sleeps almost all night long, -is very attached to that bottle, and -is absolutely irresistible. Love this Monkey.
Wild Animal #2: -has brought a whole new level of drama to our house lately (a tantrum is always just a broken banana or mis-cut waffle away!), -is bossy and sensitive, and -is looking so handsome and grown up (where did my baby William go??). The tantrum pictured here was brought on by walking the "wrong way" over to visit the pigs.... Someone once told me that there is a special place in Heaven for mothers of 3 boys. I sure hope they're right! ;)
One of the beavers. All the rest are brown, his color can't be good camo!
Wild Animal #3: -perhaps the craziest of all three, especially in one of his angst spells, -the most cuddly of the three, -nearly always prefers drinking juice or milk to eating, -and loves being read to. In this picture he'd just managed to dump all the animal food on his head. Hmm.

My William had a rough couple days at school last week. One day he thought he was saving his friend from some rough kids (they were really just playing a game) and then four boys rounded and turned on him. Lots of shaking of his shoulders. Poor W was pretty shaken up. I kept him home for a day to recoup and the next day when he went back he got whacked in the face by something/someone (not related to the first indecent... just a toddler mishap on the playground). He had a decent shiner that is finally fading now. Ahh, my little bruiser. Hopefully these experiences will help you to maybe be a bit more gentle with others yourself!
