Some German Sights....

 I have seen several these bizarre things in my own local little neighborhood. Generally there will be a person or dog posted on the balcony. I am totally clueless as to what message they are supposed to send. "I'm watching you"? or "don't spy on me"? I'm baffled.

This one particular house beats all. They  have a person AND a dog... along with a handful of gnomes.....

... being hung by their feet arms and middle. I'm not sure, but a few gnomes made it out just sitting on a rock or a swing. Bizarre!!
