It was fascinating to learn more about the lengths that were gone to for the arrival of the allies.. Hundreds of these dummy parachuters were created to throw off the enemies by dropping them in different locations than the real parachuters were landing, etc.

The cemetery is technically American soil, which is a fascinating concept when you're IN France.
The mosaic ceiling of the little chapel there was so beautiful.
